Q: Where do you typically cater? How far do you travel?
We are able to cater almost anywhere—event venues, customer’s homes, backyards & corporate locations. We generally stay, but not limited to, the south metro & south-central Minnesota (please inquire).
Q: How much does the mobile wood fired oven cost?
The cost of your event is dependent on the services and food items you choose.
Q: What type of events do you cater? What size?
We cater private & corporate events, graduation parties, weddings, open houses, showers, anniversaries, funerals, reunions, customer appreciation, staff lunches, company picnics—pretty much anything that has food at it! We cater small events as well as events with 400 + guests.
Q: What days are your catering services available?
We usually cater Tuesday-Sunday, leaving Monday as a day to regroup and prepare for the coming week. Traditional Catering services are provided year-round. Our Mobile Wood Fired Ovens are available May-October—they are outdoor pizza kitchens in Minnesota!
Q: What service levels do you offer?
We offer a variety of service levels: plated buffet, family style, self serve set up (limited menus), boxed, drop off, pick up, and take & bake.
